Among Us Birthday Party with FREE PRINTABLES!
AMONG US is a popular game so it was no surprise when the birthday boy requested an Among Us party! This was such a fun party and the kids had a great time. Hope you get some ideas and are able to use the FREE PRINTABLES to host your own Among Us birthday party!
The Invitations:
We love to order invitations from a variety of Etsy shops. We like to look for ones that have an invitation and favor tag together. The invitations that were used for this Among Us party can be found here. The shop, JenPenguin Designs, was great and had a quick turn around time. It is to be noted, that this was a file that was sent via email. We then printed the invitations ourselves and delivered them to the party guests.
The Decor:
There are so many options for decor thanks to all of the Among Us characters being so colorful! We started with these Among us balloons and Happy birthday banner! We made a balloon arch because we love them and think they are fun, but you could just blow the balloons up to have on the floor, tape to the wall, or take them to your local party shop and have them filled with helium. We used all different colors of crepe paper to string across the room.
We ordered this tablecloth that comes with these plates and napkins. We scattered these Among Us stickers on the tablecloth and also included some in the favor bags.
The Favors:
We used these Among Us favor bags, stuffed them with candy and these Among Us stickers, then added the thank you tag that came with the invitations. This Among Us favor set is also great for favors!
We also sent home each kid with an individual packaged cupcake since we didn’t have cake at the party due to masks and COVID precautions. These are the individual cupcake containers that we used. We put a napkin in the bottom and then placed the cupcake on top so it wouldn’t slide all over.
TIP: We love to order cakes and cupcakes from Sam’s Club or Costco because you can make them your own and add to them. They taste great and are an inexpensive option.
The Party and FREE PRINTABLES:
We started the party off with simply party games like charades and heads-up while we waited for everyone to arrive. We then did presents and sang Happy Birthday. Jut FYI, one of the birthday boys favorite presents was was this Among Us sweatshirt.
Then it was time to begin the scavenger hunt! FIND THE FREE PRINTABLES FOR SCAVENGER HUNT HERE! Everyone loves a scavenger hunt!
Instructions for scavenger hunt:
- Download and print file
- Cut out among us characters and clues
- Glue or tape clue on the back of Among Us characters
- The answers to each clue are on the right side following the clue message. Some are on the bottom of the same page, but some are on top right of the next character. Hope that makes sense.
- You might want to number the clues so you know what order they go in
- Tape to wall or area to be found
- There is also an extra Among Us character in case you like that color better.

Now, the surprise at the end of the scavenger is up to you. You could have a certain present at the end or all of the presents, an activity, etc. The options are limitless. The end of our scavenger hunt led the kids to a gaming truck that was parked outside, where they ended the party by playing an hour of video games. It was a hit with the birthday boy and all of his friends!
TIP: We thought about actually playing the AMONG US game with the party guests as the characters, but then decided on the game truck. However, we found this website that also has free printables and a real life Among Us game, which we thought was amazing and wanted to share as another resource.
