Texas Food Drive Recap
The food and supply drive we hosted to support Texas was a success! Thanks to everyone who donated and contributed. The semi-truck was filled to max capacity on weight and the supplies/food were able to help over 1700 individuals as well as replenishing some food pantries. It was incredible! Thank you, thank you!

Many communities collected food and supplies the week before the food drive.
Money and donations were also collected the week before the food drive via Venmo. All of the money that was donated was used to purchase needed items from Costco in bulk the night before. Costco and the employees were great to work with and very helpful.
We made signs the night before the food drive.
The 53 ft semi-truck donated by Redman Van and Storage had arrived and we were prepared with many volunteers ready to fill it.
We had a steady line of cars that came and donated throughout the day and the truck was packed with food and supplies!
The truck was filled to the maximum weight capacity with food, supplies, and lots of love to head to Texas!
Upon arrival, there were many volunteers from JustServe that helped unload the truck and prepare it for distribution.
The volunteers were very organized and did a great job sorting through all of the donations.
The day of the actual distribution in Texas, where the donations were able to help over 1700 people and replenish food banks. Absolutely amazing and wouldn’t have been possible without the community. Thank you, thank you!
